Websales

Acknowledgments

Orders are promptly acknowledged via email, fax or phone.

Minimum Orders

Some items, at some times of the year, are available at less than minimum. If available there is no service charge.

Samples

All popcorn and confection samples are available as random samples or spec samples at no charge; you pay shipping only. Some boxed and tin sets and alternative packaging options are available at end-quantity pricing plus shipping.

Shelf Life

All gourmet popcorns are individually sealed in a poly bag with shelf life of 3 to 6 months when stored properly.

Storage

Products should be stored in temperatures of 50 to 70 degrees. All products should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

4th Quarter Holiday Shipping

All orders placed by December 10th will ship. Orders placed after December 10th, will be processed with rush fees charged to the customer.

International Shipments

We add a process fee of $10 to all worldwide shipments, to cover export documentation.

Production time

Standard production time is 10 days after receipt of final artwork approval. Rush service is available at the customer's expense. If available we strive to make a five-day production to shipping turn-a-round.

Shipping

We ship all packages FOB Virginia Beach, VA by UPS unless requested otherwise. Damaged claims must be reported to the carrier.

Drop Shipments or Split Shipments

Same quantity of an item going to multiple locations is $2.50 per box. A different quantity going to multiple locations is $4.50 per box. Same quantity going to one location over multiple dates is no charge. Addresses must be in MS Excel, comma delimited text or tab delimited text (PC format only). Spreadsheets must contain only one worksheet.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some of our products require insulated shipping containers and gel packs during warmer months or warmer climates at $10.00 per box. Shipping time is limited to 1 to 3 days in transit and will not be shipped over the weekend. Expedited shipping may be required during warm months (generally May through September) or to warm climates. Gel packs add 2 lbs. to shipping weight.

Art Specifications

Digital Image Formats

Artwork is preferred in JPEG, TIFF, EPS and PDF. 300 dpi resolutions are preferred. Compressed files must be PC compatible with the .zip extension. All black and white files will only be accepted for one color logo.

Submit Art

Email your art to debbie@jodyspopcorn.com. In the subject line include your PO number and Distributor name.

Paper Art Proofs

Emailed or faxed proofs are sent on all artwork and must be signed and returned prior to beginning production.

Pre-Production Art Proofs

$25.00 plus cost of shipping. This will add one week to production time.

Color Match

While we can come very close to a specific color, we cannot guarantee a color match. PMS colors codes are requested for reference.

Art Charges

We can add and do minor changes at no charge. Any additional work needed will be billed at $35.00 per 1/2 hour. You will be advised prior to any artwork or additional charges.

Copyright, Trademarks, and Usage

Jody's assumes no responsibility for determining trademark usage. Total liability rests with you, the customer, and your customer.

We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise notified in writing.

Cancellations or Changes

All cancellations or changes must be in writing and customer will be invoiced for all work and materials up to the time of change or cancellation.
